She is actively involved in village activities and has been since returning here in 2001 having been away since 1985. Prior to 1985 Nicola lived in the same family home in Streatley where she now lives, where she spent most of her childhood.

Nicola is the Chairman of the Goring and Streatley Sustainability Group and was one of its early founding members.

Nicola is a management consultant specialising in Rural Sustainable Development (training and research). She runs her own company and works part of the time in developing countries and the rest working at Henley Business School as a Visiting Executive Fellow.
